Welcome!

To Dare Is To Do (TDITD) was founded by Rebecca Ligier who was inspired through her personal experience to start To Dare Is To Do. Rebecca was born with Charcot Marie Tooth (CMT) a rare disease that affrects people all ovcer the world. 1 of 2,500 people are born with CMT. CMT has different types of level, some more servere than others. In Rebeccas' case, she has Type 1B. It affects her lower leg muscles, causing them to wesak and having a poor balance (she is still able to walk).

Being put down about her capabilities pushed Rebecca to prove that what any able-bodied person can do, so can a disabld person. Rebecca believes that in today's sports industry, the disabled and able-bodied are seperated. They do not compete with each other in sports regardless if its professional or not.

TDITD is an event-planning company specifically to encourage the able-bodied to compete against disabled people in sports. In doing so, TDITD plans sporting events where one team is disabled and the other able-bodied. This creates extreme competition and promotes the capabilities of disabled individuals. In addition, we also work on raising awareness of disabilities and educating spectators of different physical disabilities that are independent without the use of as wheelchair or crutches
